The Telecom space is an arms race with big carrier companies vying for customer loyalty. Given the advent of people living in a post-Covid world, no one even wants to enter a retail store to switch their carrier.
So, how do you make it easy to convert AT&T or Verizon users into T-Mobile customers in a seamless and innovative way? Enter T-Mobile’s revolutionary Switcher’s program. A program where new customers could swap their carrier using their current mobile device without even visiting a T-Mobile store.

In collaboration with T-Mobile’s product team, our team was deeply involved in building both the UX guiding principles and the innovation track.
