Seems like clients keep asking about the future tense of anything. In this case, AT&T asked us to help them dream up the future-tense of what the myAT&T app could be. This prototype was built to inspire the President of AT&T by illustrating how this telecom brand could evolve from a basic utility to a life-enhancing tool. The finished experience is hyper personalized, utilizing contextual thinking, AI, and AR. Additionally, we bring to life a smarter Virtual Assistant, and provide gamified and incentivized reasons to return to the app. The app even tips it’s hat to Metaverse thinking with a LEGO stylized AR Game of Thrones Jon Snow!

Some key features we proposed for this aspirational prototype were:

·      Geo-aware thinking

·      Contextual thinking

·      Gamified Reward System

·      Advanced Virtual Assistant (Ai)

·      Use of personalized AR

·     Enhanced Security monitoring
